    Since these are digital products delivered instantly, we don’t accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase is complete. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

  • What exactly will I receive when I purchase a template?

    After purchasing, you’ll get a digital file (or files) which will include all the links to the templates in Canva, and instructions on how to customise the templates for your brand.

  • Can I get a printed version of the template?

    No — these are digital, editable templates meant for online customisation and download/print by you. We don’t send physical items.

  • How do I access and edit the templates?

    Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the download link (or access link). For Canva templates, you’ll click the link, it will open in Canva, and you can make your edits (insert your logo, colours, text) then download/export for use.

  • Are the templates compatible with other software besides Canva?

    Most of our templates are built specifically for Canva for ease of use. If a template states compatibility with another tool (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign), that will be clearly listed. If it’s not listed, we recommend using Canva.

  • Are there any usage or licensing restrictions?

    Yes — you can use the templates for your own business. You may not resell the original template file itself, claim it as your own design, or redistribute it as a product.

  • What happens if I have issues downloading or editing the template?

    If you run into any issues (broken link, file not working, access problems), please email us at hello@studiovandh.com and include your order number. We’ll aim to resolve promptly and provide support or replacement files if required.

  • Can I customise the template beyond what’s shown (colours, fonts, layout)?

    Yes — The templates are designed to be editable. The examples given are merely to show you the full capability of the templates. You’re free to change the colours, fonts (provided the font licence allows), text, images, and layout within Canva.

  • Will I receive updates or future versions of the templates?

    Typically, you will receive the version you purchase. If we release updated versions with improvements, we may offer those as an optional upgrade or notify you if your version is eligible — please check the product description or promotional emails.

  • How many times can I use the template?

    You can use the template as often as you like for your own business. What you cannot do is share the original editable template file or sell it as a standalone product.
